- Minimum Aquarium Size: 30 gallons (113 liters); requires a sandy substrate and a secure lid as they are known jumpers.
- Foods and Feeding Habits: Planktivore that feeds on zooplankton in the water column. In captivity, accept frozen mysis shrimp, enriched brine shrimp, finely chopped seafood, and quality flake or pellet foods. Feed 2-3 times daily for optimal health.
- Reef Safety: Reef-safe; completely harmless to corals and invertebrates. An ideal addition to peaceful reef setups.
