Captive Care: Are you serious?! This might be the coolest fish we get. Sure, it’s not flashy and it simply looks like a Valentini pufferfish, but look again! This fish is the Mimic Saddle Filefish. They mimic the toby puffer as almost every fish in the wild knows not to mess with the pufferfish. So these guys disguise themselves as just that so they aren’t picked on as they are slow movers with little defense! Not only are they cool, but they are also FANTASTIC fish, quickly learning who the fishkeeper is and begging for food like a puppy dog. Simply One of my all-time favorite fish!
