The Tricolor Anthias is a striking mid-water schooling fish from deep Indonesian reefs. Males show a vivid red belt across a pinkish-orange body with pale fins and violet accents on the caudal fin. They do best in stable, well-established reef tanks with steady current and open swimming space above the rockwork.
Zooplanktivore. Offer frozen mysis, brine shrimp, finely-chopped seafood, and quality marine pellets or flakes. Feed 2–3 times per day.
