Metronidazole Powder is the targeted treatment for internal flagellates — the protozoans behind Hexamita, Spironucleus, hole-in-the-head (HLLE), and many cases of stubborn bloat or wasting. Used as a water-column bath when fish are not eating (and so cannot be food-dosed), or for serious internal infections that need both bath and food delivery.
