Freeze Dried Copepods are the warm-water companion to our Arctic Copepods — same pico-sized whole-body crustaceans, sourced from temperate waters with a slightly different fatty-acid profile. Sized for mandarins, dragonets, dwarf seahorses, SPS pico-feeding, and juvenile mouths.

Whole tropical/temperate copepods, freeze-dried at harvest. Rehydrate a pinch in tank water for 30-60 seconds, then target-feed via pipette or release into flow. Use as a daily supplement for picky picophages, or as a finishing food for filter feeders. A natural complement to live pod cultures — same nutritional profile, longer shelf life.

Best for: mandarins/dragonets, seahorses, SPS pico-feeding, juvenile reef fish.
Use in: quarantine, display, or refugium.
Reef safe: yes — ideal coral and invert food.
